Quotico grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform in accordance with the features of your selected subscription tier, primarily for internal business purposes and customer interactions.
The materials on Quotico's website and software are provided on an 'as is' basis. Quotico makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
In no event shall Quotico or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and configurators provided.
